hello 

i had put pause condition to sla as the state is ON HOLD and RESOLVED but sla is working for ON HOLD condition but not for RESOLVED condition. pls help me with the issue   where I went wrong.

Hi Anjali,

In the resume conditions can you leave the condition as "Pause conditions are not met" and check if it is working?
