Hello Community,
I am facing 404 error message when we click on the Survey on ESC Portal. I have made the portal to default but the issue remains as it is.

Hello Ankur,
The issue was faced by non-admin users who only had the snc_internal
role, and they were unable to view the survey on the ESC portal.
Thanks for reaching out. The issue has been resolved by adding a User Criteria (snc_internal
) to the Survey and Assessment widget.

Can you share more? 404 means the the page can't be found. Are you linking to an existing page, that is also accessible for you (or the user getting the error)?

which user you are using admin or non-admin?
which portal page etc?
