Survey Shows 404 Error Message

Hello Community,

 

I am facing 404 error message when we click on the Survey on ESC Portal. I have made the portal to default but the issue remains as it is.

Hello Ankur,

 

The issue was faced by non-admin users who only had the snc_internal role, and they were unable to view the survey on the ESC portal.

Thanks for reaching out. The issue has been resolved by adding a User Criteria (snc_internal) to the Survey and Assessment widget.
