Sys popup is not working in Employee Center

Hi,
After we upgraded to Xanadu the sys-pop up for user reference field stopped working. It is not showing the expected form layout.
I tried the below KB article and didn't help.

Does anyone encounter this issue?

Hi @JLeong ,
There is a system property glide.service_portal.reference.use_sys_popup_view which controls the view used for service portal reference popups, the property is set to false by default and setting it to true will enable the sys_popup view in service portal.
