Hi all,
I have completed the setup Employee Center for Teams, it is working fine. But I want to also use the "Smart Links" functionality for Virtual Agent in Teams by following the instructions from ServiceNow: link
However, after authorising SSO, the status and button are changed to undefined, I couldn't enter App ID either because it greys out.
I have tried with other demo instances but it also has the same problem. Does anyone know how can I continue from here?
**I'm in the "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams" scope to make configuration so i guess it has nothing to do with the scope.

Hi,
I am facing the same issue. Did you get a chance to resolve this issue?
Best,
Jag.

We reached out to HI for an issue on the previous step of the configuration. The Configure SSO link was not working. We ran the fix scripts from there update sets for the Problem number you listed. The SSO was configured/authorized, but we are now seeing the same issue from the original post. It says the Status is Off and the Enter App ID field is greyed out
