Todo's count incorrect on Service portal

The todo's Count shows 6, but active tasks are 5.
Already checked this article Not all the expected To-dos are listed in the 'Open' or 'Completed' tabs on the 'My To-dos' page on ... but it didn't worked in my case.
Can anyone help me here.

Please provide more info. Are there 6 items, but only 5 tasks? Or are there only 5 items? Do you have filters applied to only show certain tasks, but not have that filter apply to the counter?
