Vendors receive reminders from GRC TPRM tool via emails for the assessments that are already complet

Hi,
I receive weekly reminders for the risk assessment. When i logged into my vendors portal with gmail that is mentioned as primary contact for test assessment in production, I see the status is closed and submitted. That means that all our vendors that have completed assessment receive reminders as well. This need to be changed asap.
How to verify/check and fix this issue?
