Hi @luucasarj I suggest you first go with CSA and do some micro certificate which are free in ServiceNow.

The best certification to start with is the Certified System Administrator (CSA). To prepare, take the System Administration Fundamentals on demand course on Now Learning.

After CSA, you can explore micro-certifications like:

  • Welcome to ServiceNow
  • Flow Designer
  • Integration Hub
  • Performance Analytics
  • Predictive Intelligence
  • Virtual Agent
  • Configure CMDB
  • Service Portal

Later, you can aim for Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) exams based on your interests and career goals.
