When Performance Indicator is clicked the footer disappears in Employee Center

Hi Team,

 

I have changed the footer background in the EC Footer. The changes look fine. But once i click the Performance indicator, a new modal opens, and the footer disappears(refer image). I have also disabled the default contents/ links in the footer.

Has anyone faced this issue or provide some solution?
