I’m working on configuring the (ESC) portal and need some assistance.
I want to add a specific Knowledge Base as a Topic under 'Technology services' On ESC portals so that when users click on it, they can see all related knowledge articles.
Knowledge Base - Test Recovery
Eg: Knowledge Base > Test Recovery > show all related kb articles
