How to open Catalog Item right away from Guided Self Service?

I have a simple Guided Self Service that clarifies if the user needs to submit an incident or a service request.  Based on their answer we offer the correct catalog item.

Rather than showing "What might help .." where the user has to click "Start Request" to open the Catalog item, is there a way to automatically open the catalog item?
