Pre-built service catalog templates?

We are trying to overhaul our current Service Catalog, but it's proving challenging. Before we sink any more time into it, is there any way we can just purchase a prebuilt template or something similar? We have a development partner, but they are slow and not always helpful. Our completion timeline is approaching, and we cant move into phase two of this project until this is done. 

Any advice?

What exactly are you looking to accomplish with the template? What is included in the overhaul (e.g., are you looking to get more consistent on wording, reverting from customizations, simplifying for user experience)?

I'm not sure "template" may be the correct wording here? Basically we don't like the way our current service catalog page looks (mostly aesthetics) and were going to see if someone had created one that was visually appealing and a good employee experience, if we could just pay them to use the same one.
