HR Success Dashboard

Hello Everyone,

There is a requirement for enabling HR Case deflection for which I had installed HR Success Dashboard Indicators plugin and configured it according to the documentation. I am facing an issue with Deflection Metrics table as no records are getting created.

Appreciate any kind on help in this issue.

On another post for ITSM Success deflections not showing - the answer was 

Check that the Self-Service Analytics Core RCA is set Status = Allowed 

Maybe that's an idea.
