Issue with filter facets in Employee center portal

Hi All,
I am facing a issue with Facets in Employee center the facets are available as shown in the screenshot but when searched with any term the results are getting but the facets filters should be available to filter as shown in another screenshot.
Anyone has idea on this please let me know thanks in advance.

Hi @dev_S
Are you sure records in your system are populated with the values that would trigger the facets? From what I understand if it does not match to the search, it silently drops the facets as it will not show a facet that can't be used in a filtering. So for the topic and subtopic one, do you find ones in the knowledge are that would match if you just searched on those fields in the kb_knowledge table?
