What is your best advice for someone that is starting out brand new on service now?

Hi @heatherdaughert ,
From the beginner's point of view, learning by yourself is very important, I think.
ServiceNow prepares lots of contents in Now Learning, so what I want to advice is "learn by yourself" and "ask anything in Community:-)".
