Recreate catalog page for Employee Center

Hello all,
We currently use the Service Portal in ServiceNow, but we are moving to the Employee Center.
Currently, when a user clicks on Request Something, it presents a Catalog Main Page:
I would like the same in the Employee Center, but when I add the same page, it appears as this:
I would like to either replicate the previous style or maintain some sort of category options.
How best can I do this in the Employee Center?
