Hello! I have some questions if anyone can help me:

  1. Is there a way to create new verticals or new tabs in CIO Dashboard?
  2. To add new KPIs to existing verticals, for example, TabA VerticalA has metrics for 4 KPIs. How can I add a fifth KPI?

The only way is to customize the CIO Dashboard on UI Builder?

EDIT:

We had to implement this and here are the answers:

  1. Is there a way to create new verticals or new tabs in CIO Dashboard?
Only customizing the UI Builder pages, properties and configs related

  2. To add new KPIs to existing verticals, for example, TabA VerticalA has metrics for 4 KPIs. How can I add a fifth KPI?
Again, only through customizing the UI Builder pages, properties and configs related

It is important to be mindful that it will affect any future upgrades on the CIO Dashboard and evaluate if the customization will bring value that justifies the impact of changing native artifacts.

Hi, any guidance on using new Platform Analytics dashboards?

It looks like the latest version only lets you choose Performance Analytics as the Supporting Dashboard.
If we add Non PA dashboard, it still expects the old performance analytcs dashboard sysid
