Who is this certification for?
ServiceNow customers, partners, employees, and anyone interested in implementing and operationalizing a ServiceNow CMDB supporting the CSDM framework. That includes enterprise architects, platform owners, data managers, and implementation consultants. Two or more years of CMDB experience and a CSA certification are recommended.
How should I prepare?
Start with the Implementer Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) Credential Path for recommended courses. Course completion is not required, but the training is designed to align with the exam blueprint and significantly improve readiness. Review the CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM) Exam Blueprint for objectives and details, and build hands-on experience in your own ServiceNow environment.
I already have my EA accreditation. Do I need this?
Your existing EA accreditation is fully valid. The CIS-DF certification is a great way to round out your skill set, and right now you can add it at no cost.
