There are couple of steps required for binding the assessments results that the users have given, which are to be fed to APM indicators, lets deep dive how this is to be done.
--> Before generating scores and rationalising the business applications in our inventory, lets first make sure that the business applications are tied to the respective scoring profiles. Navigate to "All Business Application" module, here you can attach the scoring profile under the "application scoring profile" column.
Scoring Profile - Set of APM indicator whose score would be cumulated to score the business application.
--> Before jumping into generating scores, lets capture the data for a business application, say Chlora CRM, which has a CI score of 5.2 for the fiscal period FY19 as shown below.
--> Now lets navigate to scoring profile and regenerate the scores.
You can go through the the links provided above in this article where you can see how to configure assessments, and the example where Abel tuter has taken the assessments and gave rating for the business application "Chlora CRM".
--> OLA!!! you can now see that the CI score of Chlora CRM business application for fiscal period FY19 is reduced, this is due to the rating that was given for this Business application by Abel tuter.
Now you can sit back and rationalise the business applications effortlessly.
