Application Onboarding

Hi All,

We have a requirement, when a business application onboarding is requested only the approvers from the respective business unit(which the business application belongs to) should be able to approve the onboarding of the business application.

Could you please guide me how to configure this?

Any leads would be really helpful!

You levarage the register business application catalog item of APM.Once it's approved the business application will be created in implementing .For more information refer here

But our requirement is after we request a business application only approvers belonging to the respective business unit should be able to approve it. As of now anyone with APM Analyst role is able to approve it.

Change the workflow according to your requirements . edit the approval activity of the workflow.
