Application Rationalization - Bubble "Chart" not visible

Hi All,

The application rationalization - bubble chart is not showing the chart or bubbles. It is having data with scores and also says there are 44 bubble visible, but still it is empty.

Can anyone help, what could be the issue? Refer to the below screenshot

1. Ensure devsnc-sn-4q-bubble is installed in your instance //refer: Bubble chart shows no data, but in list view we can view the data in AppRationalization workspace 

2. Ensure Enterprise Architecture Workspace version 2.2.0 is installed to view the Application Rationalization page. // refer: Bubble chart view of application rationalization 

3. Also check following as mentioned in referenced post:

i. Do you have Application Scoring Profile attached to all the Business Applications ? Configure scoring profiles

ii. Are Indicator Score Available ? , Regenerate scoring profile indicator scores on-demand in Enterprise Architecture Workspace

iii. Review System Property for default Scoring Profile configuration, View scores of a custom scoring profile on bubble chart 

iv. Verify whether Fiscal Periods generated , Generate a fiscal calendar

v. Are there any errors in Browser console ?"

can you check from plugins if this is installed - sn-4q-bubble
If not install and check once

Hope you have got the issue resolved with the responses provided by community members.

In summary : Bubble chart will show only if there is score whereas List shows the information even if there is no score.

Appreciate if you check that provided responses were helpful and mark the responses as correct.

Hi,

Will you please try upgrading Bubble Chart store application to 23.2.1 from store. It should be able to resolve this issue.
