Hi Community,
I am facing an issue while importing data in TCO table (sn_apm_tco), so when I am importing data via import set after import is complete every field value populates except 'cost'. Can anyone please help me to know why this is happening.
Thanks.

There are a number of mandatory fields for that table and some, Cost type, Fiscal period, and Source, references to other tables. Have you populated those tables first and is your import also properly setting those fields with the proper reference value?

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your response.
Yes, every filed value is reflecting, and I also populated these fields cost type, fiscal period etc. already but still cost field value is not populating when importing data.

Hi there,
Cost is an FX Currency field type so you need to make sure you are defining the currency code alongside the amount you are expecting to populate. The quickest solution is to prefix the currency code with a semicolon alongside your cost in your excel upload.
Example: If the cost you are trying to upload is $100, then you need to put in "USD;100" in your excel file. This should in turn populate the FX Currency field type.
As an aside, the Proven Optics Cost Model application can produce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for business applications and can automatically populate this table without the need for a separate import.
Hopefully this helps!
Carter
