Dependency Map in EA Workspace not showing relationships (only the CI appears)

Hello everyone,

 

I’m facing an issue with the Dependency Map in EA Workspace.

  • When I access a Business Application (e.g., Adobe SIGN) via the classic list view, I can see all related items, and the Dependency View displays the correct relationships.

  • However, when I open the same CI in EA Workspace and click on the Unified Map, it only shows the CI node itself, without any relationships.

  • This behavior is different from Dependency View, where relationships are displayed correctly.

Initially, I was getting an error when trying to open the map from the Workspace. Now the error has stopped, but the map still doesn’t render the relationships — it just loads the CI.

Has anyone experienced this behavior before or knows what could be missing for the Unified Map in EA Workspace to display the relationships properly?

Hi,

What is family release of the instance. Also can you please share store app version of CMDB workspace and Enterprise Architecture workspace. Also are you opening unified map from EA workspace or from CMDB workspace? 
Can you check if records exists in cmdb_rel_ci with parent as Business process record and child as the Business Application you are referring to.
