Issue with my PDI

Hi Expert,

 

I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Personal Developer Instance (PDI). It has been in the "waking up" state for over a day, and despite waiting, it has not fully refreshed. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi.

 

There is no official support for PDI.

All we can do is wait.

Alternatively, you have no choice but to get a new instance.

As you might know, there is no support available from servicenow in relation to PDI, hence your limited to two options :

- Wait, it should come back after some time.

- when you get tired of  waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, all work that you haven't  backed up will be lost for good.
