Has anyone else found that though the Archimate objects exist, the relationships for Archimate do not?
Also seeing that the information tab is not available for either Archimate objects or the relationships.
I've looked on two (non Prod) Zurich instances, both up to date in terms of the application and had the same on both.

Hi, I'm having the same issue in my personal instance, is there any reason why these relationship types are missing?

Hi Roberto and Tomas,
Currently, ArchiMate relationship types are supported for shapes that are entity-backed (linked to CSDM tables). Standalone ArchiMate shapes — those without a backend table connection — do not yet have relationship line support.
This is being addressed in the upcoming June release, which will extend ArchiMate relationship lines to all shape types, including standalone shapes.
Happy to answer any follow-up questions.
Thanks,
Mamta

Thanks Mamta, Nilesh and Doron.
Hi Roberto and Tomas,
1) We understand the needs here and hence prioritized to target this 'relationship types' for all ArchiMate shapes in June release.
2) On the information tab, we are analyzing the architectural needs around it. Happy to sync up and discuss if you have any use cases and diagrams around it? Please feel free to drop a note at sandeep.vemulakonda@servicenow.com
Thanks,
Sandeep
