I’m trying to calculate a vendor score using manual indicators. I have created a KPI Group and attached manual indicators to it, but the overall score is not getting calculated as expected.
I wanted to check:
- Is it possible to calculate vendor scores using manual indicators?
- Are there any additional configurations required for manual indicators to contribute to the KPI Group score?
If anyone has faced a similar issue or has experience with this, your suggestions would be really helpful.
