Caller card appear  immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

In Service Operations Workspace, on the Incident form , the Caller card (right-side preview panel) only appears after the record is saved. Is there a way to make the Caller card appear  immediately after selecting a Caller—without needing to save the record?

The Caller card appears for new Interactions even before saving, but it does not appear for new Incidents until after saving.

If anyone knows how to make the Caller card show up immediately for Incidents (just like it does for Interactions), please help.

 I resolved this- we need to edit Record Information SNC- Screen Condition

In sys_ux_screen table Oen Record Information SNC -Screen Condition -controller.sowrecordctrl.inputs.inputTable=incident^ORcontroller.sowrecordctrl.inputs.inputTable=ineteraction and then edit, Macroponent Configuration- usersysid value  add caller_id .
