Hi - Im a relative newbie to ServiceNow reporting.
Please refer to my attachment
1. I am creating a report on the wf_context table, for records started before a certain date, where table name is sc_req_i
2. I then want to group by "work flow" and also get a countof all the rows with a unique WorkFlow name. Two workflow names are shown in my attachment, but there are many more.
I have completed 1, but have not figured out how to do 2.
Any help appreciated very much

Hey @StacyLen,
Is this something you had in mind?
If so, use the 'Group by' functionality in the left pane under 'Configure' tab.
Cheers

Yes sir, but I forgot to add that I need to sort the groupings with the group that has the highest count of items at top, down to lowest count at bottom So kinda like sort by Group counts??

Hmm, not sure if you can do it on a report, but there is definitely a function to do it on the list view
