Team, I'm reaching out to get some insight on DevOps custom tool integration in ServiceNow. We're currently integrating Opsera as a custom tool to pull pipeline data into ServiceNow DevOps Change Velocity module. Anyone with similar experience can provide some insights on things that will be required captured as part of requirement. For initial setup, setup the tool and created a tool connection. Customized the discover script include to pull pipeline data and the orchestration tasks. Its just records on those 2 tabs in the Devops Change velocity workspace.As a step one what additional info we are expecting on the pipeline tab and other tabs. Opsera is being used as a pipeline tool. For webhook discussion, not sure on the events that we should be addressing and how that needs to be updated back to ServiceNow.
