How can we unable advance work assignment in Xanadu version

We are trying to unable advance work assignment feature in the Xanadu version.

Please guide what kind of roles required and steps.

Hi @Jaydeep Bahulek,

Navigate to Advanced Work Assignment > Settings > Service Channels and update Active=false.

You need admin or awa_admin role .
