How to develop Multi Row Request Feature in UI Builder

Like in Portals we have Multi Row Variable Set for requesting mutiple items within one request, similar functionality need to be developed from UI Builder. Please let me know how can we replicate same functionality.

You can give it a try using "Form Component" or "Catalog Component"
