How to pull an ePas report showing project name, description and other fields.

I need an ePAS report showing the description, project name and some other fields. I created a report that shows the REQ #, RITM # but can't get description and project name (which are the important fields).

Can you share the conditions you already have? What table are you running this on? Are your requests and ritms related to the project? Do they have the field? Can you dotwalk to them?
