Is the feature available in ServiceNow to:

1. Send an 'Adaptive card' chat message via ServiceNow to MS Teams ?

2. Consume the feedback shared from MS Teams and record/update it in SNOW Assessment metrics/result table ? 

 

The above ask is mainly in regard to uplift the existing NPS process wherein emails are sent to End Users and they tend to ignore such automated emails from SNOW. Planning to use adaptive cards (MS Teams) feature to get more feedback from End User community.
