Hi @rajkandpal
Yes, that's certainly possible. You can DELETE the question, you've posted in the ServiceNow Community.
To do this, Navigate to your question and look for a downward-pointing arrowhead (often represented by three dots or a chevron) at the top-right corner of your post. Click on it, and you should see an option to delete your question.

If I am not wrong, there are sometimes you can delete the question and after that not. @Community Alums you are MVP so you can delete any time.
@Dan Bruhn could you please help @rajkandpal to delete the required question.

Perhaps you are right!
Seems once it's posted the question can't be deleted though @rajkandpal you should have an option to EDIT it.
IF still that doesn't help you can reach out to community admin if you really want to delete the question, and edit is not a workaround you are looking for.
