Instances not showing

My Production and Development Instances are not showing on my account, so we are not able to perform Instance upgrade.
This is happening also with my Servicenow assigned resource account.
Any idea how to proceed as we can't create support ticket neither.

I'm not sure — it could be a cache issue or an access-related problem. Please check with your team members who have access to the portal. If needed, I can log a case on your behalf.

I follow your recommendation clearing cache and even using Private Session but the issue continue: the instances are bupalatinamerica and bupalatinamericadev.
I will appreciate if you can open a case in our behalf.
