Need to fetch Knowledge article number in sysapproval_approver Table for Approving field

Need to get KA number to easily understand the approvals the users are receiving

Hi @priyanka Ganta ,

 

Where do you want to fetch the KB number from? If an approval is in the Article , by default, it appears in the Approving field.

 

Am I missing something here?

The KB article number is always present on the approval table . Do you need any other workaround or if you have any other requirements related to this ?

Hi @priyanka Ganta ,

 

When you open any record in draft state and click on Publish button, then you can see new record is created with review state in that record your can see the approval is there

That user is Knowledge base user

You can also find the approval record in sysapproval_approver table
