Not Able to access rearning course

Rajesha Hati

I was pursuing the "UI Builder Fundamentals (Yokohama)" course and had completed more than 50% of it. However, after two days, when I tried to access the course again, it showed "Access Denied."

I’m not sure what went wrong and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Rajesha Hati ,

login to SN University and get to the section with  in progress courses and it will redirect you to that course content and you shall see what’s up with the lab instance.

if i remember correctly the default expiration date is for 5 days and if you don’t manually prolong it, possibly it could’ve been revoked..

also check your mailbox, there’s an email notification before this is happening.

let me know what you find out and I believe this could bring some clarity to the situation

Check your login to ServiceNow University as session might have expired or you might be facing issues due to browser cache. Clear browser cache and try again or login to ServiceNow University from Incognito or InPrivate Window of your browser and try again.

If above does not work, try raising a support case with Now Learning Help Center from below link
