Related Search Formatter

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to understand backend configuration of the related search button that appears on the incident or any other form. When I click on the Related Search Button how does it display the related searches from it's sources that are configured. Please help me understand it.

Thank you for the links, but they don't provide any concrete solutions to this issue. It seems that the back-end configuration is not accessible. But I would still appreciate any ideas and suggestions.
