Okay, here's a stumper. On our incident form, default view, we have the Contextual Search Results formatter. This is good.
When you type in the short description field, the formatter expands, and suddenly there are two "Related Search Results" buttons. This is not good.
Clicking the top button minimizes and maximizes the results. Clicking the bottom version reloads the page, complete with a new incident number, and does not save the previous page. Bad.
We have:
- Removed and re-added the formatter using the Form Designer.
- Removed and re-added the entries for the formatter's section elements. The formatter disappears entirely when we remove the relevant section element. The two duplicates with blank Sys UI Section entries are on two different views of the incident table. The formatter has the same bizzare behavior on those views.
- It's listed just once on the Default View.
- The form seems to have everything in order, with cxs_table_search sitting where it should be.
- Checked UI Policies and such: nothing stood out.
- The Contextual Search Result fomatter's UI Macro is is locked down. There are two versions on this, however. If this is the culprit, how do I fix it?
- We don't know when this started, except that it's been in the system for a while.
Has anyone seen this before, or have we broken ground in new, exiting ways? Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Thanks for the suggestion! Turning that property off removed the contextual search formatter entirely. Hmmm....

This makes both disappear entirely... any other suggestions?
