To integrate SAP Focused Run (FRUN) with ServiceNow ITSM so alerts create incidents automatically:

What I think you need

  • ServiceNow: ITSM with Incident app, API user, HTTPS access

  • SAP FRUN: Monitoring/alerts enabled, outbound REST calls (direct or via BTP/middleware), authentication (OAuth2 preferred)..
