Hi @jacobo  I think this is something hard-coded in the platform and not accessible.

Try to open a request to the ServiceNow guys on the HI portal, for sure they will provide you this information.

@jacobo - This information is coming from sys_progress_worker table, you will see the same column details on this table.  The utility which has been used to generate record on sys_progress_worker table, that is not accessible for us, so I doubt you will be able to make changes in the verbiage but you can add other messages on this page .
