Is an IL5 cloud service planned, if so what is the expected timeframe when it will be offered?

Hello,
It is on the roadmap, and I would suggest reaching out to your account rep to get a date as to when the offering will be opened up.

We do have customers running ServiceNow in IL5 and IL6. Each new ServiceNow 'family' release must go through a government approval process. Check out the knowledge article that shows which products and services become available in regulated environments: ServiceNow Regulated and Self-Hosted Environments

Thank you this is helpful. We currently have self-hosted instances deployed in an AWS IL5 VPC, we want to determine what it would take to potentially migrate our self-hosted instances to the NSC, approvals and procedures, I understand what it takes technically to move update sets and data. I reached out to our company account rep Brian Flaherty and I'm trying to coordinate a call. I looked around on my HIWAVE account knowledge base and can't find any details about criteria to utilize the service. Do you know of any knowledge articles on HIWAVE or HI?
