Abstract:
With 6000+ servers and over 150 different automated reboot schedules per month, change management was getting left behind at a major New York Hospital. Working closely with their server team and ServiceNow partners, they were able to craft a solution that automatically creates the change, gathers approvals, and remotely reboots the server via Orchestration and powershell. It even opens an incident to the correct support team if the reboot is unsuccessful.
In this session, you will hear how they have been able to completely remove the manual component from their server team and service desk - a change that has been nothing short of amazing!
