Allow users to create as many work orders and work order tasks when already exists one in progress

Hi servicenow community,

I'ld like to allow the users to create as many work orders and work order tasks as needed (on the same case), when already exists one in work in progress. Normally we have the "New" UI Action in the related list, but when the (as shown on image below);

Does anyone can help me with this?

Hi, installing CSM and Field Service on a PDI I do not appear to see same behavior and the work order 'Initiated from' related list shows a 'new' button. Has your organization customized list control for this related list, or ACL's for the Work Order table?
If you open Work order list in a new window, so that you just have the work order list, or navigate directly to it does the new button show?
