Hi everyone,

iam pretty new to fsm. I have been created a record producer with apointment schedule for a consumer in the portal. The record producer created a work order and the appointment creates automatically a work order task. I want to achieve that the fields dsiptach group, assignment group and assigned to filled automatically too. So that the state is assigned. I have no idea how to get this to work - Dynamic Scheduling Configuration is active

Hello JohnDF,

You should be able to do it without creating a BR.
Follow the instructions provided here:

https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-field-service-management/page/product/field-servic...

Hope this helps!

Hello JohnDF,

Should they be populated always with the same data? Or do you need some kind of assignment rules in place?

Hi @Filipe Cruz thanks for reply.

It should always the same. But is it in FSM not possible with some configurations? I can ofc write a BR or Workflow. But thought this is ootb somehow possible in FSM.

Tis is my FSM Configuration, I thought it will be auto assign all groups and field technicans automocatically?

@JohnDF were you able to resolve this? I had the same issue as well but I was able to fix it without a BR or a script
