hi team,
when i configure my capacity definition, capacity by = agent schedule (instead of hours or tasks), it only shows the capacity for 1 single agent... i have 4 agents in that trritory, i'd assume it would be 4x8 = 42.. and not 8 hours..
anyone know what i am missing?

update: it was a defect, ticket has been opened,
also for those interested, in yokohoma,
- capacity by = agent schedule, does not support capacity buckets
- capacity console does not support capacity buckets
- you cannot edit capacity in capacity console if using bucket.
