Could you please help me with this? I would like to modify the section that I highlighted here.
Instead of displaying only the group, I would also like it to display the location.

Is there any filter setting or configuration available in this UI that can achieve this?

I currently have a case where one user belongs to two or more groups, but I only want the task to appear within the specific group related to that task, and not be duplicated in other group rows as well.

Is it possible to configure it this way?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @AbdurR738094742 ,

Use Advanced Resource Filters
If your organizational rules dictate that the agent absolutely must remain in multiple groups permanently, use Advanced Resource Filters to dynamically control which resource rows load based on the task you are actively looking at.

  • Navigate to Field Service > Dispatcher Workspace > Advanced Resource Filters.
  • Click New.
  • Create a filter configuration that matches the Resource's Group to the Selected Task's Assignment Group.
  • Result: When the dispatcher selects a task in the left pane, the right pane will dynamically filter to show ONLY the agent's timeline row that resides within that specific task's assignment group, successfully hiding the duplicated row from their other group.

In our navigation there is no this menu, how do we make this menu appear?
