Dispatcher Workspace installation

Hi, 

I'm new to FSM and would like to use Dispatcher Workspace to do demo.

I have installed some FSM plugin and I can go to the CSM/FSM Workspace.

There is a icon of the Dispatcher Workspace on the left side of the Workspace but when I click the icon it goes Page not found.

I have confirmed that the plugin for Dispatcher Workspace and there is a menus for configuration of the Workspace.

Is there any prerequisites to use Dispatcher Workspace?

Actually, I want to show Business users the Workspace with Map and Shift Calendar.

Any information would be welcomed to help me to do some demo.

This is just a demo, so No Customization needed, demo data is only needed.

You must have a user with the wm_dispatcher role assigned. Ensure that this user belongs to a Dispatch Group that manages an Assignment Group.

If you don’t have your own data loaded, make sure to load the demo data.

If user have admin role, is it enough?

Or need to be in dispatcher group?

admin role dont work well with dispatcher workspace,
i suggest you impersonate wm_dipsatcher

The user needs to be part of  a dispatch group.
