Dispatcher Workspace installation

Hi, 

I'm new to FSM and would like to use Dispatcher Workspace to do demo.

I have installed some FSM plugin and I can go to the CSM/FSM Workspace.

There is a icon of the Dispatcher Workspace on the left side of the Workspace but when I click the icon it goes Page not found.

I have confirmed that the plugin for Dispatcher Workspace and there is a menus for configuration of the Workspace.

Is there any prerequisites to use Dispatcher Workspace?

Actually, I want to show Business users the Workspace with Map and Shift Calendar.

Any information would be welcomed to help me to do some demo.

This is just a demo, so No Customization needed, demo data is only needed.

I tried adding the roles now I can see the dispatcher and workspace   but unable to add the agents ,add or view assignment groups I tried with all the available plugins but I'm unable to find the workforce management and workforce optimization plugins ,I came to know these are mandatory plugins to access the dispatcher and work space ,can anyone confirm this  and is there any other way to access them. I need to show demo with agents and maps.
