enterprise servicenow account for development

How to upgrade my instance to organization/developer? Basically how can I get enterprise account that can have added support from servicenow and does not go in hibernation.

 easy, you just purchase a subscription from ServiceNow for your enterprise and not only rely on a free developer instance.
